Sift hawk, flowing air
a diurnal bird of prey,
hunting throat tames..
Haiku: Hawk
Frank’s challenge word this week is ‘hawk’. I could probably write a small book of poetry using this theme. Here’s the first haiku.
Hawk hangs, light trembles,
wheeling cloud and grey feathers,
keen as the north wind.
